Could you believe when you are told that Psalm 121 caused the arrest of an armed robber?. Well this is the story of a notorious armed robber John Godwin, a 30 year old, who claims he was arrested because he failed to read his Bible before going on a Robbery He planned. According to him he did not succeed because he failed to read Psalm 121 which he usually reads on any operation he carries out. We can also say he did an improper planning which he claims he did. Actually we have never seen an armed robber who claims of all what we are are hearing, Robber who reads Bible,hmm. He also added that it was God who made the police arrest him in other for him to stop or quit robbery.
“My Parents told me that when I was born, a pastor prophesied that I would become a pastor. When I was in Prison I used to preach and pray with my colleagues. It is the devil that drove me into crime. Whenever we are going on an operation, I usually read Psalm 121. I believe that the Psalm 121 would give me protection throughout my operation” armed robber John Godwin said.
Two nationals of Benin namely Adewale Adebolaji and Moyori Sule, also Solomon Adeniji and Tosin Adeoye were the four suspects who were arrested along with the self acclaimed prophesied pastor, now robber, Godwin. CSP Dolapo Badmos,the Zonal police public Relations Officer revealed that the suspects snatch vehicles in Nigeria and drive it to Benin and hand it over to a man named Alhaji. see photos below!
